1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aoe6mm ("aoe6mm," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the aoe6mm website located at aoe6mm.net and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by aoe6mm, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the aoe6mm Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of aoe6mm, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be self-excluded from aoe6mm or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. aoe6mm reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the aoe6mm Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one aoe6mm account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. aoe6mm will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: aoe6mm may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Accuracy Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. You may update your information by contacting aoe6mm support.

aoe6mm reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the aoe6mm Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made using approved payment methods including GCash, Maya/PayMaya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your aoe6mm wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. aoe6mm is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• aoe6mm does not accept deposits from credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency. Attempts to deposit via prohibited methods will be declined and may trigger a compliance review.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your aoe6mm account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• aoe6mm reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

4.3 Transaction Limits

aoe6mm may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits at its discretion, or at the request of the player as part of responsible gaming measures. Players may request limit adjustments by contacting customer support.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

aoe6mm offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. aoe6mm reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins or credits expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: aoe6mm reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting game mechanics, or coordinating with other players to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Modification: aoe6mm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all games available on the aoe6mm Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game on the aoe6mm Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing bets.
• Random Number Generation: All aoe6mm games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to independent oversight.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. aoe6mm reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or communication failure, all affected bets and payouts may be declared void. aoe6mm will not be liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
• Disconnection: aoe6mm is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnection or device failure on the player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable connection before placing bets.
• Final Decisions: In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the records maintained by aoe6mm's servers shall be the final authority, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aoe6mm Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aoe6mm staff, live dealers, or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to aoe6mm support immediately.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your aoe6mm account.

8 Responsible Gaming

aoe6mm is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of their current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to aoe6mm support and take effect within 24 hours.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without committing to full self-exclusion.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the aoe6mm Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of aoe6mm or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from aoe6mm.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any aoe6mm trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of aoe6mm's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by aoe6mm.

10 Privacy & Data

aoe6mm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aoe6mm will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

aoe6mm implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and aoe6mm cannot guarantee absolute data security.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aoe6mm, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

aoe6mm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aoe6mm account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit aoe6mm's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by Player: You may close your aoe6mm account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by aoe6mm: aoe6mm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• aoe6mm is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• aoe6mm reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to aoe6mm, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

In cases of termination for cause, aoe6mm reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld funds will be returned promptly.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the aoe6mm Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account transactions, players must first submit a formal complaint to aoe6mm support. aoe6mm will investigate and respond within 10 business days. If the player is not satisfied with the resolution, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority.

14 Amendments to These Terms

aoe6mm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aoe6mm will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at aoe6mm.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
