6 Data Sharing & Disclosure

aoe6mm does not sell your personal data. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

• Payment Processors: GCash, Maya/PayMaya, and partner banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) to process deposits and withdrawals. These providers process your financial data under their own privacy policies and are bound by applicable Philippine financial regulations.

7 Data Retention

aoe6mm retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following retention guidelines:

• Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account's active status plus a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required for AML compliance and regulatory record-keeping.
• Transaction Records: Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with Philippine AML regulations.
• KYC Documents: Identity verification documents are retained for five (5) years after the end of the business relationship, or longer if required by a regulatory authority.

11 Minors & Age Verification

The aoe6mm Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. aoe6mm does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

As part of the registration process, aoe6mm collects date of birth information and may require submission of a government-issued ID to verify that players meet the minimum age requirement. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all associated personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
